MD Homeowner Credit File Only Runs Once

Description of Issue

After a successful define, select and export of the Homeowner Credit File, when trying to run again, it returns no results.

Cause

Resolution

This is functionality. Running the program sets a flag that you "redeemed" a credit on a bill, and you cannot redeem the same credit twice.
