Some Users Have No Menu Following Hub Upgrade



Description of Issue

After a Hub upgrade some users report not being able to access any menus in Hub error showing An error occurred loading this menu. Recent and favorite links still work

After a name change, some users report signing into EEP and receiving Account is currently disabled error, contrary to what it shows in User Attributes.

Cause

HubCacheItems table in the Hub database is corrupt or out of sync



Resolution
  1. Log into Hub with Tyler Support account.

  2. Click Settings cog wheel in the bottom left to reveal Hub Administration.

  3. Under General Settings, click Hub Caching.

  4. Click Clear Hub Caches button.



Additional Information

Since Recent Items and Favorites are functional this is not a roles or permissions issue

Sometimes this affects all users
