What is the purpose of the Contact Email section from Common (Global) Variables in Tyler Deploy?

Resolution

Products within Tyler Deploy will typically have their own field for email address(es) or distribution group(s). When a product has a deployment run, the outcome of that deployment will be sent to the specified email or distribution group for that product variable. If the field is left blank, the deployment will fall back to the Contact Email. The contact email field can be viewed and changed under the Common Variables drop down, from any product configuration page. The contact email should be a valid email address to ensure accurate notifications are received.

Additional Information

The field can be populated with a single user email address or a distribution group, in the event a site wants notifications to go to a specific group of people.
