Convert Service Requests information columns become misaligned

When creating work orders from service requests in Convert Service Requests, the Converted Work Orders column headers become misaligned after clicking Accept

Defect occurs when a SRC/RPC (Service Request Converted/Requesting Department Primary Contact) Event Notification exists and fails during the Create WO process

Install MUN-493802 once it's been released

Workaround options:

• Close and reopen Convert Service Requests after creating a work order

• Confirm settings to verify that the SRC/RPC Event Notification completes without error

• Remove SRC/RPC Event Notifications to avoid receiving any errors
