GoToWebinar recording could not be loaded

When trying to view a GoToWebinar recording I get this error message The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

Try these steps to resolve the issue:

• Try viewing the recording in another browser
• Refresh the webpage and restart the recording
• Clear browser cache and history
• Disable ad-blocker extensions
