Requisition stuck in created status with account on it

Description of Issue

Unable to release a requisition due to being in the created status despite having a valid GL account.

Cause

Entry user lacking GL override permissions unable to allocate against selected account.

Resolution

Re-allocate the requisition once funding has been added to account or by user with GL override permissions.

Financials > Purchasing > Purchase Order Processing > Requisition Entry

Click Search and find your requisition by number or other identifying information
Click Line Items
Click Update
Tab through the fields until you get to the GL allocations
Rekey the allocation or hit Tab to reattempt the budget check

The requisition should now update to Allocated status.
