Unable to approve requisition due to conversion amount limit

When attempting to approve a requisition from the dashboard tiles receive an error: Error processing requisition 20XX/Requisition Number: Permissions do not allow converting requisitions over $dollar amount.

When the requisition approval process is complete, the final approver's permissions are checked for auto-conversion. Purchasing permissions are restricting their ability to convert the requisition over a specific dollar amount.

Update the final approver's permissions to increase PO conversion limitation or forward the pending action to a user without the restriction on purchase order conversions.

How to update find and update the relevant permission.

System Administration>Security>User Attributes

1. Search for the final approver's User Id

2. Click Edit Role on their Purchasing role

3. Click the Purchase Orders permissions folder

4. Update Maximum Requisition to PO Conversion Amount- If set to 0.00 the maximum dollar amount restriction for this permission is removed
