11.1 and above

The new permission added in version 11.1 'View employee vendor reimbursement addresses' is a new user permission that allows you to see the addresses of Vendors. This was created to add the ability to hide employee confidential information. When no employee reimbursement type is filled into AP Settings, this hides ALL vendor addresses if users do not have permission to "View Employee Vendor Reimbursement Addresses"

• Add an Employee Reimbursement Vendor Type in Accounts Payable Settings > Vendor tab

1. Financials > Accounts Payable > Setup > Accounts Payable Miscellaneous Codes

2. Select Vendor Type Codes

3. Add Code Type

4. Add Code Type to AP Settings vendor tab

• Grant "View Employee Vendor Reimbursement Addresses to the users Accounts Payable Role when 'Employee Reimbursement Vendor Type' field is blank in AP Settings
