Overtime Replacing Regular Hours Setup In Rules Engine

Description of Issue

When an employee is setup with a rules engine when working a shift for snow, it is replacing their regular hours which is not applying the correct amount of overtime.

Cause

Resolution

In order to not have the rule overtime code replace the regular hours:

  • Navigate to System Admin

  • Select Polices & Rules Engine

  • Select Rules Engine

  • Select Individual Rules

  • Select the pencil icon for the Rule in question

  • Check the box for Append to Time

  • Click Save
