Budget report type 6 - Future Years Reports has a checkbox for Include Inflation Percent. From where does that pull?

ERP allows users to budget up to 10 Years during the Define/Start Budget Project. The inflation percent is entered when entering in amounts manually, or by Generating Future Years, using Next Year Budget Entry of Central Budget Entry. The inflation percent used in budget entry is what pulls into the Future Years Report.
