Mass Contract Change-employees missing from proof

When running a Mass Contract Change for a retroactive update, some employees are not showing on the proof or having new Employee Job/Salary records created.

The employees missing were hired after the Effective Date of the Mass Contract Change.

Update missing employees with another option, such as the Recalc option or a manual update in Job/Salary.

The Mass Salary Change programs will look for the most recent Employee Job/Salary record for the applicable Group/BU and Grade of the Salary Table as of the defined Effective Date. If the employee's Base Pay record is Effective Dated after the defined Effective Date, the process cannot locate a record to Duplicate forward, and will not duplicate backwards.
