How To Setup Basic Workflow
How can I setup a basic workflow to approve my employee's time?

In order to approver as a secondary approver for workflow:
Navigate to System Admin
Select Workflow Management
Under Workflow Approvals → Select the + icon to add a step
Type in the step number
Type in the name of the step
Select One or All for approvers required
Click the check mark to save the step
Select the two people icon for primary approvers
Select the + icon to create a new primary approver
Scroll or type in the supervisors name
Click the check mark to save
Select the two people icon for secondary approvers if you need a back-up approver for your primary
Click the + icon to add the secondary
Scroll or type in their name → If you need to add more than one secondary you can by following the previous step
Select the filter icon for the Criteria
Click the + icon to apply who this supervisor should approve. → this can be completed at the location level, the organization level, and the attribute level.
Click the check box to save the criteria
