Converted Requisitions showing in Requisition Conversion Program

I have requisitions that were converted into Purchase Orders showing in the Requisition Conversion Program. I am unable to reject or approve them.

Instructional

Please go into Pending Actions (Administration Mode). Search against the requisition(s) to see if there is anything in this program. Once that shows up, delete the pending action.

Go to:

System Administration > Workflow Administration > Pending Actions (Administration Mode)

1. Click Search

2. In the Key field type: *Requisition Number showing in Requisition Conversion* 

   1. Make sure you have wild cards at the beginning and end of the number. Example: *7890*

3. Click the Delete button along the ribbon..

   1. If you do not see the delete button, you are in the wrong program. You MUST be in Pending Actions (Administration Mode).

4. Deleted workflow will remove the Requisition from the Requisition Conversion Program.
