TCM Paperclip missing in Employee Inquiry
Description of Issue
When users go into Employee Inquiry, the TCM Paperclip icon is missing from the toolbar.

Payroll Control Settings
Cause
Payroll Control Setting for Disable Attachments in Employee Inquiry was set to Y.
Resolution
Navigate to Payroll>Payroll Setup>Payroll Control Settings.
Locate and click on line for GENERAL: DISABLE ATTACHMENTS IN EMPLOYEE INQUIRY.
Click Accept.
Click Update.
Change value to N.
Click Accept.
