Unable to find ACH file in Spool Directory
The Electronic Funds Transfer program generated the ACH file successfully, but the file cannot be found in the Spool Directory.

The user that is searching for the file does not have full permission access to the spool directory.
To Retrieve ACH File:
Navigate to System Administration > Miscellaneous Administration > File Transfer.
Click Download from spool directory.
Locate file by File Name and Date Modified.
Double-click on the file to download.
If unable to locate the ACH file, verify user has the correct permissions:
Navigate to System Administration > Security > User Attributes.
Click Search.
Enter the user's name.
Click Accept.
Highlight Role and click Edit Role.
Click the Munis System yellow folder.
Click Update.
Select Full from dropdown of Spool file maintenance access field.
Click Accept.
Ask the user to log out and back in.
They then should return to Spool Directory to search for ACH file.
