Lien Certificate Error Selecting Homeowner Credit

An error occurs when printing a Maryland Lien Certificate

Lien Certificate will error when printing Half-Year and Quarterly-Year bills because it's only looking for Annual-type bills (Annual and Semiannual). 

Development is currently researching the issue.

Lien Certificate is working properly for Annual-type bills (Annual and Semiannual). 

Current workaround at this time is to click through the error. The program will still create the Lien Certificate for Half-year and Quarterly-Year bills, but will output the State Homeowner Credit amount as $0.00 in the Lien Certificate. Should the State Homeowner Credit be anything other than $0.00, contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
