Items not pulling into Cycle count

Description of Issue

Cycle count is only pulling in Items that had never been counted

Cause

The Year End selection in Month End Processing/ Clear has never been run

Resolution

Running the Year End process within the Month End Processing/ Clear program will reset the Times Counted column
