Cannot insert duplicate key row in object BankDepositReceiptMatches

Cannot complete certain deposit matches in Bank Reconciliation Manager

When expanding the Deposit on the Munis side of the match screen, there are series of receipts listed with the same receipt number

The number of duplicate receipt numbers match up with the number of different GL Cash accounts being hit on the same bank account

Selecting the full deposit to include all receipts will show the expected Total selected amount, but even when a match is attempted with a matching bank side total the following is received:

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.BankDepositReceiptMatches' with unique index 'IX_Unique_BankDepositReceiptMatches'. The duplicate key value is (XXX, XXX, XXX, XXXX, X).
