Unable to use Business License Bill Standard Readyform

A new Business License Bill standard Readyform was added to the Enterprise Forms Template Configuration program but there is no document model available in the Readyforms Delivery Definition Configuration program so the form can not be used.

• Business Licenses

• Print Bills

Development is researching the issue. 

As a workaround, create a License standard form template, as this is available for use in the Print Bills program.
