Description of Issue

  • Motor Vehicle Abatement Certificates show abatement amount multiplied from any previous voided or reversed abatements on the same bill.

  • Motor Vehicle Abatement Certificates are displaying the incorrect certificate/adjustment number.

  •  Motor Vehicle Abatement Certificates have incorrect amounts when printing from Abatement Entry.

Resolution

Development is currently researching this issue. 

As a workaround, use the Print Motor Vehicle Abatement Certificates program print the correct abatement certificate.
