Description of Issue
When printing 1099s, the TIN is printing an incorrect value, and changing the value in 1099 Manager does not seem to affect what is printed

Cause
Transmitter TIN needs to be updated in multiple places for changes to take effect
Resolution
Update the TIN to the correct value on both the Payer Information and Transmitter Information tabs, clicking Complete in the bottom right corner once finished, then attempt a new print
