Cause

No General Billing Account Records In the General Billing Account Numbers

Resolution

This program is intended for those organizations using the general billing account functionality; you must general billing accounts in order to use this program. 

Additional Information

Account Statements creates the XML export file used to print balance forward statements for the dates and accounts receivable (AR) code ranges that you define. The program produces a statement for each distinct AR Code/Account for which data exists.
