W-2 Entity Code is missing

The Entity Code we need to use for printing W2s does not show up in the dropdown menu, why isn't it there and how can we make it?

The Entity Code was not set up in the Payroll Entity Code module

1. Go to Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll Entity Codes

2. Click Add

3. Fill out all required information 

4. Click Accept

5. Go back to the W2 Wizard and refresh the browser page. The new Entity Code should show up in the dropdown menu
