Omitted Bills program not updating bill numbers
Bill numbers do not update when cycle is changed in Omitted Bills.

Multiple cycles exist for the tax bill year with different Next subsequent bill numbers assigned in Tax Year Settings.
Development is currently researching the issue.
Current work around:
If incorrect cycle is entered, and bill number populates, then cycle needs to be changed:
Click Close
Reopen Omitted Bills program
Enter the correct year/cycle.
Hit Tab on the keyboard to populate the bill number.
If a record was already created, there is no way to update the cycle. Follow these steps to remove the record:
Navigate to EERP > Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Assessor Processing and Reports > Omitted Bills.
Search for the affected record.
Click Delete from the toolbar.
Recreate the new omitted record with the correct year/cycle.
If the Tax Year settings for each cycle have a different number of Installments, this may also affect the bills. Follow these steps to remove the record:
Navigate to EERP > Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Assessor Processing and Reports > Omitted Bills.
Search for the affected record.
Click Delete from the toolbar.
Recreate the new omitted record with the correct year/cycle.
