Primary Key error when printing Student Activity Checks

Unable to print SA Checks 

SQL Error Message: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'pk_prfldval'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.prfldval'. The duplicate key value is (salocks , C.PHS , PHS ).

• Checks 

Server Lock in Student Activities 

1. Navigate to the following Financials > Student Activity > Setup > Student Activity Settings

2. Click Lock Check

3. Click Search 

4. Click Accept 

5. Click on Delete 

6. Click on Yes  if there are any results.  You are just deleting the lock record.

7. Click on Back to exit the program
