Description of Issue

As of July 1st 2023, FL DOR is requiring employers to certify once per quarter on their unemployment tax report that they've used E-Verify within 3 business days of hiring a new employee. How do we report this?

Resolution

On the E-Verify tab of the FL Unemployment Report screen, enter the Name and Title of the person certifying use of the E-Verify system.
