Has an export been made to comply with the ACT 370 requirements to upload all expenditures for certain object, function and funding source? The upload is required in January for all expenditures from July 1 to December 31st.

ACT 370, enacted during the 2023 Regular Legislative Session, will increase financial transparency in Louisiana K-12 public and charter school systems. The law requires school governing authorities to provide specific financial information to the Louisiana Department of Treasury which will be housed on School Transparency Project Portal, located on the Louisiana Department of Treasury website. The site will allow citizens to compare school budgets in traditional public schools and public charter schools. A link to the legislation can be found here.

The Louisiana Department of Treasury didn't publish all of the templates, or provide any specifics about the reporting or timelines until 1/10/2025, with the first upload being required 01/17/2025 and complete details required by 02/17/2025.
The timeline does not provide Tyler with the time required to analyze those details and then create a program that will provide the 4 different upload files requested.
You will need to assemble the data into the provided Excel templates using existing options for the initial submission.
