How to audit for Applicant Rejection Emails

Is there a canned report or functionality for the site to retrieve a copy of Applicant Rejection Emails?

Site is required to provide a proof post of rejection for specific jobs.

There is no canned report or proof post of Applicant Rejection Emails, however, the Email Message Log program can capture email messages sent from Pending Applicants.

1. Navigate to Email Message Log

   1. EERP > System Administration > General Administration > Email Message Log

2. Search against the Program atappreq and the Subject of the rejection email (e.g. Rejection Confirmation)

3. Click Accept

   1. This will return all Applicant Rejection Emails sent from Pending Applicants

4. Click the Excel icon in the banner to Export to Microsoft Excel

• Email logging must be enabled to audit email messages sent from Enterprise ERP programs.
