Description of Issue

Lender codes are not being updated when a lockbox file is imported

Service company not being updated on Parcels when a lockbox file is imported

Cause

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue.

Current workaround at this time is to update Lender and Service Company codes using other methods. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.

  • Lender and Service Company codes may also be updated using the Service Company Import/Export program. Please see the following article for more information: How to use Real Estate Service Company Import and Export
  • Lender and Service Company codes can be manually added to the Current Parcel records in the Parcels program
