How to Add a New Personal Property Item Code

• Trying to add a Trending Schedule to a Personal Property value but an Item Code is required.
• Want to assign a default assessment to a Personal Property value record.

• Enterprise ERP
• Property Revenue
• Property Tax billing
• Personal Property

Instructional

1. Navigate to Property Revenue > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Setup > Personal Property Item Codes.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter in the Code for the new Item Code.
4. Enter in the Description.
5. Enter in the Short Description.
6. Enter in the Default value for the Item Code.
7. Click Accept.
