How to Add a new Personal Property Trending Schedule

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Property Revenue > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Setup > Personal Property Trending Schedules.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter in a Code for the new Trending Schedule.
  4. Enter in a Description.
  5. Enter in the number of Years the Trending Schedule will have.
  6. For every year, in the Percent Good column, type the percentage of the original value for the age. For example, an item that is one year old would be of a better percentage than an item that is seven years old.
  7. Click Accept to save.
