Unable to Delete New Accounts After Deleting Proof Transaction

Description of Issue

Site created new accounts and imported a GEN journal to these accounts. The Journal was deleted before posting and the accounts have no amounts in Account Inquiry. When trying to delete the accounts in account master an error report is produced that shows AccountSubAmounts transaction types.
