Calendar Amount in the Annual report is including a deduction from a previous year.  How is the prgram calculating Calendar Year Earnings?

Cause

Calendar Year Earnings comes from Pay, not Deductions.

Resolution

Calendar Year Earnings is a sum of amounts for this Employment Category, in Payolls with a Check Date within the Generate Date Range, from Pay codes not defined on the Generate screen as Excluded, minus any previously reported amounts ("Record Reported to State" option is check marked on the Period Record for the Payroll Run/Warrant).
