Description of Issue

When trying to process Time Entry, a pop up message appeared saying "Load Stored Time Entry". What does this mean?

Cause

Resolution

The message is saying at some point someone started a Time Entry Batch and clicked the Stored Entry icon in the top ribbon to save the entry. If that batch is not applicable for the payroll, click the Cancel button. It's recommended to do a search in Scan Detail to confirm all Time Entry Batch information and records are accounted for, and if they are, continue on with the Time Entry process.
