Description of Issue
Users are receiving a pop up in Hub or Enterprise ERP, but Enterprise ERP is already on a higher version than in the pop up. This may also occur in ESS.
ACTION REQUIRED! Enterprise ERP v2021.10 retires November 2024
There will be no updates for v2021.10 after November 2024
Upgrade to v2024.1 as soon as possible

Version retirement notification glitch
Resolution
This issue has been resolved and should no longer pop up for clients on actively supported versions of Enterprise ERP.
If the issue persists, please clear browser cache.
Additional Information
These retirement notifications are intended only for System Administrators. This notification displaying for all users and in ESS was a glitch and should not happen again.
