Description of Issue

Closed Fiscal Year in ACFR however the new Fiscal Year is not listed in the drop down selection box option

  • Annual Consolidated Financial Report (ACFR)
  • Close Fiscal Year
Cause
Failed Year End Close in ACFR
Resolution
  1. ACFR - How to run Account Group Integrity Check report
    • Run the report and clean up any errors
  2. Closing Current ACFR Fiscal Year and Opening New ACFR Fiscal Year
  3. If the issue remains contact Financial General Ledger support
