Description of Issue

Does an audit exist in the classic TCM viewer to review who opened an attachment and when?

Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • EERP

  • Tyler Content Manager

  • TCM

Cause

Client wants to see who viewed an employee's paycheck in EERP.

Resolution

  1. In EERP, navigate to the program where the attachment exists

  2. Click Attach

  3. Click Open TCM

  4. In the banner click the clock icon to view audit history of the document
