Missing Time Blocks

Description of Issue

The employees timecard is not displaying their published shift and when looking at the Roster shift, there is no time block applied.

Cause

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Schedule Editor

  2. Select Shift Maintenance

  3. Click the pencil icon for the Shift in question

  4. Scroll down and click Time blocks: 0

  5. This will open this area and allow you to select the + icon to add in the time block.

  6. Once the time block is added, click the save button.

  7. Navigate to System Admin

  8. Select Scheduled System Jobs

  9. Click the square & arrow icon to manually run the Batch Publishing Job which should apply the time block to the employees timecard.
