How to view a Business License Certificate that is saved to TCM in Citizen Self Service.

Cause

Informational

Resolution

  1. Login to CSS.

  2. Click Citizen Self Service on the side menu.

  3. Click Business License on the side menu.

  4. Click the Bills hyperlink next to the license record.

  5. Click the Details hyperlink on the license bill associated with the certificate.

  6. Click License Details on the side menu.

  7. Click the View license certificate hyperlink at the top.

  8. A new window will open. Click on a document to view.
