Project ledger accounts not showing up in Employee Access

Description of Issue
  • Unable to get project ledger accounts to show up on Employee Access timesheets.  

  • The drop down is there but no projects show.

Cause

The wsuser needs project accounting access in order for project ledger accounts to show up on Employee Access timesheets.

Resolution

In order to grant the wsuser the necessary permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Enterprise ERP> General Administration> System Administration > Security > Roles

  2. Select the Project Accounting folder

  3. Select ADD and choose WSUSER from the Role ID drop down

  4. Define Override default GL account on entry as A - Always and Project string/segment group access as Full

  5. Accept the changes
