Description of Issue

What is the URL address to access site ACFR dashboard?



Context

  • Annual Consolidated Financial Report (ACFR)

  • User Access

  • Tyler Deploy

  • TCP Ecosystem (Portal)



Cause

  • ACFR Admin may have not informed all needed users of URL

  • Site lost saved favorites on workstation

  • Site may have multiple portal configurations allowing different ACFR databases



Resolution

  1. Open Tyler Deploy for site

  2. TCP Ecosystem under Utilities on right hand side of screen

  3. Select needed portal

    • Prod is most common

    • Test is less common

    • Train is rarely defined

  4. Identify the listed Workspace ID

  5. Use URL https://________________.tylerportico.com/acfr/dashboard/

    • where ___ = Workspace ID
