Can Suspend Invoices be Disabled in Invoice Entry

Site wants to disable the "Suspend Invoices" function within Invoice Entry, does not plan on using them or does not want users to be able to click it

The Suspend Invoices feature is a standard part of the Invoice Entry Screen

Suspend Invoices is not able to be disabled, and the Invoice Entry Screen is not able to be customized to remove the button
