Description of Issue

User receives error message when clicking Create PAF from Personnel Actions Entry.

Context

Cause

ReadyForms Delivery Definition actions are enclosed in a single step.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Personnel Actions Entry

    1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Personnel Actions > Personnel Actions Entry

  2. Click ReadyForms Delivery Definitions cog in the tool bar

  3. Under Steps click Update

  4. On the Actions panel ensure that only one action has been checked

  5. Make note of any actions that you uncheck and then click Accept in the tool bar

  6. Under Steps click Add to create a new step to execute as part of this delivery definition

  7. Name the step under Step Details

  8. Check a single action under Actions

    1. It is advised to pick an action that aligns with the name you defined for the step

  9. Continue this process for any additional Steps and Actions needed for your Delivery Definition
