Statement of Taxes in Arrears excluding bills

Specific bill years are being excluded from the Statement of Taxes in Arrears output

• Accounts Receivable

• NY Property Tax Billing

• Statement of Taxes in Arrears

• Bill Inquiry

Bill contains a Special Condition code with the attribute Exclude Delinquent Bills from Bill Prints

Solutions to try:

• Remove the Special Condition Code from the bill you'd like to print to the Statement of Taxes in Arrears

• Remove the the Exclude Delinquent Bills from Bill Prints attribute from the Special Condition Code

• Set the Special Condition note on the bill to Inactive 

  1. Within Bill Inquiry, click the Special Conditions folder

  2. Select the Special Condition code that is preventing the bill from printing

  3. Click Update

  4. Unselect the Active checkbox

  5. Click Accept when complete
