Retirement section is missing from Personnel Actions Entry Detail

Description of Issue

User receives the error Access Denied when accessing the Retirement section of Employee Detail in Personnel Actions Entry.

Context

  • Roles

Cause

User is missing the necessary menu permissions.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Roles

    1. Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles

  2. Search on the Role

  3. Click the Menu Security tab

  4. Select Human Capital Management > Payroll > State Specific 

    1. Double click the items to navigate through the path

  5. Click Edit

  6. Check the box for State Specific

  7. Click Accept

  8. Following these changes, log out and back in to EERP to access Detail in Personnel Actions Entry
