How To Copy An Existing Utility Billing Rate Master

I need to copy an existing charge code rate master to a new charge code rate master

• UBCIS

• Charge Code

• Rate Master

A charge code rate master does not exists

Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Setup > Rate Masters

1. Click Search

2. Enter an existing charge code in the Charge Code field

3. Enter an existing rate code in the Rate code field

4. Click Accept

5. Click Copy/Delete

6. Click Copy one rate table

7. Click OK

8. Click Define

9. Under the Copy To area enter the charge code you want to create

10. In the Rate Code field enter the rate code you want to create

11. In the Effective date field enter the effective date that the charge will be effective to bill

12. A message appears: Are all values correct?

13. Click Yes

14. Click Execute Copy

15. A message at the bottom of the screen will appear Record(s) added

16. Click the back arrow

17. You will now be brought back to the Rate Master program.
