Cannot create AP invoice without contract

Description of Issue

Invoice Entry is requiring user to enter a contract

Cause

Restrictive Accounts Payable permission is checked off

Resolution
  1. Go to System Administration > Security > User Attributes and search for the user ID
  2. Go into any of her roles that grants her AP access and find the one with the restriction Restrict to entering invoices with contracts
  3. Uncheck that permission
