Adding New CAFR Users

Add CAFR User
Context
CAFR Statement Builder
Cause
New CAFR user needed that does not already exist in CAFR
Resolution
- Log into CAFR as a CAFR admin user
- Select Administration
- Select Users to open the Users list page
- Add to open the User Maintenance form
- Enter the UserName for the user's log in ID to the Account field
- By default new user Status is Active (change if necessary)
- Enter First Name and Last Name fields
- Enter Phone Number
- Enter Email Address
- +(Password)Â to open the 'Password' confirmation screen.
- Enter Password and Confirmation Password
- OK
- Roles tab to see assigned roles
- +(Plus) in upper right hand side of screen to open the 'Lookup' form
- Enter Search Criteria or leave blank to search all roles
- Magnifying Glass: Search button
- Role
- Select check box icon
- Permissions tab to review assigned permissions from roles
- Save
