Unwanted BUA Journals created from Purchase Order Modifications

• Site had unwanted BUA journals that were from cancelled Purchase Orders 
• Site no longer wanted new BUA journals to generate
• These journals were created due to settings enabled in Purchasing Settings
• When enabled they create BUA Journals whenever a Purchase Order is cancelled or increased in amount

1. Navigate to Purchasing Settings 
2. Check to see if the two permissions for Auto-Decrease CFWD budget and Auto-Increase CFWD budget are checked off
3. If you would like to prevent future BUA Journals from being made, please uncheck these settings
4. If your site does not want the existing BUA Journals you may delete them from the Budget Transfer and Amendments program
