Description of Issue

Need to update the lender on an existing real estate tax bill



Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • Property Tax Billing

Cause




Resolution

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Utilities > Lender Code Update

  2. Click Define

  3. Enter in Collection year, AR category, Property, Bill number, Lender

  4. Click Accept

  5. Click Update Lender



Additional Information

This program will update both the Current and Tax version of the associated property
